Our journey began with the client’s pressing need to replace an outdated electrical distribution system and renovate the en-suites. A vacant NHS facility with years of dormancy presented unique challenges, including careful coordination with other construction works. Swiftly adopting innovative solutions, we meticulously programmed isolations to minimize disruptions, ensuring a seamless workflow around ongoing activity.
Strategic Approach:
Our methodology involved installing temporary power supplies for critical circuits, such as fire alarms and data cabinets, to facilitate uninterrupted progress. Stripping out the old cabling and distribution boards, we embarked on installing new Low Smoke (LSF) sub-mains cabling, MCCB panel boards, and distribution boards, all compliant with the latest regulations. Thorough testing and identification of existing installation faults allowed us to rectify and upgrade as necessary.
